To facilitate the process of technology transfer and commercialization,
the Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration (EDA) and
Bureau of Export Administration (BXA) and the Small Business Administration
(SBA) are sponsoring the first of six conferences designed to help small- and
medium-sized businesses take advantage of emerging and existing technologies.

Each attendee will be given a copy of the newly released President's
Report, "Technology in the National Interest," a catalog of
technologies available for licensing from DOE Defense Laboratories, a set of
