Niklas Andersson is Vice President for Sales and Marketing Security Solutions, North America, Ericsson Inc.. Particular emphasis is being placed on enabling mission critical communications for DoD and DHS and their counterparts in Canada and Mexico . Niklas previously worked for Ericsson from 1999 to 2004 as a director for Sales and Market Development for the Public Safety sector in Europe focusing on the Nordic countries and the former eastern European states. From 2004 to 2006 he worked for Ericsson Secure National Networks towards the western European states, mainly the UK . Prior to joining Ericsson Niklas held positions 1996-1999 as a corporate lawyer and 1989-1992 construction engineer. Niklas has a Degree in Construction Engineering and a Master of Law at the University of Lund, Sweden.

Gautam Bambawale is currently Minister (Political) and Head of the Political Wing of the Embassy of India in Washington D.C. He took over this position in July, 2004. Gautam was appointed the Director of the Indian Cultural Centre in Berlin , Germany between 1994-98, where he had his first stint in public diplomacy. Returning to Beijing , China he functioned as the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Indian Embassy. Mr. Bambawale was Staff Officer to the Foreign Secretary of India , Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi from March 2001 to June 2002. Gautam then joined the Prime Minister’s Office as deputy chief for the division of national security affairs, defense and international policy. Gautam speaks Chinese and German fluently. He took a Masters Degree in Economics from the prestigious Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune.

Nir Ben – Moshe is Minister Counselor at the Embassy of Israel in Washington D.C. Nir - Ben Moshe has been appointed as the new Defense Assistance and Cooperation Office representative in Washington . Ben - Moshe has served in Israel ’s MoD for 12 years. In his most recent position, as the assistant to the MoD’s Director General for 3 years, he was personally involved in some of Israel ’s major defense enterprises including the preparations in Israel for the war in Iraq , the construction of Israel ’s defensive fence, and the MoD’s annual work plan. Prior to this, Ben Moshe was in charge of international contacts and cooperation in the MoD’s Directorate of Security. Ben - Moshe studied in the Hebrew and Tel Aviv universities. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Relations and Security Studies.

Michael W. Booen is Vice President of the Advanced Missile Defense and Directed Energy Weapons product line at Raytheon Missile Systems. In this position, he is responsible for developing Raytheon’s kinetic kill vehicle and directed energy related products for missile defense and other applications. Prior to joining Raytheon, Booen was at the Space and Missile Systems Center , Los Angeles Air Force Base. As an Air Force Colonel, Booen served as program director, Space Based Infrared Systems. His previous Pentagon assignments included deputy chief for the Secretary of the Air Force’s Staff Group, and program element monitor for the Space Based Infrared Satellite system. Booen has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in engineering from Stanford University .

Judy Bradt brings ComDef nearly 20 years’ experience in US government contracting, and has helped over 5,000 companies win over $200 million in US government contracts. As Principal of Summit Insight, in Washington , DC , she consults for Canadian companies and their American counterparts who seek US government contracts. From 1988 to 2003, she served as a Trade Commissioner -- including on the front lines of recent ITAR negotiations -- at the Canadian Embassy in Washington DC . Today, her clients include major defence & aerospace solutions providers, small niche firms, and the governments of Canada and Australia . A widely-published international author, her articles have appeared in Frontline Defence, the Forum for International Trade Training, and CanadExport, and her monthly e-newsletter reaches thousands of readers.

Chief Superintendent Mike Cabana is Director General of Border Integrity where he manages the following National Royal Canadian Mounted Police programs: Customs & Excise, Immigration & Passport, Federal Enforcement including Airport Enforcement, Marine & Ports as well as the Integrated Border Enforcement Team (IBET) program. C/Supt. Cabana has been a member of the RCMP for the past 25 years. During his career he has acquired extensive investigative and managerial experience in the area of major drug, homicide, fraud, international Proceeds of Crime / money laundering and National Security investigations. In 2004, he was promoted to the rank of Superintendent and transferred to Montreal as the Assistant Criminal Operations Officer, having responsibility for all operational matters having a nexus with the border as well as all National Security matters for the whole Province of Quebec .

Mark A. Camillo focuses on developing business in the areas of public safety and homeland security at Lockheed Martin Corporation within the Transportation & Security Solutions operating company. Prior to this, Mark served as a Special Agent in the U.S. Secret Service, having completed a distinguished 21-year career including three separate assignments at the White House. In August, 2003, he was appointed to the Senior Executive Service position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), overseeing all operations of the major technology Divisions of the Secret Service. Mr. Camillo was appointed to the SES Director Staff position of Deputy Assistant Director in December, 2002, detailed to Secretary Ridge as a Senior Policy Advisor, assigned to DHS Headquarters. Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Education from California University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Education from the University of Pittsburgh .

Hsinchun Chen is a McClelland Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Arizona and founding director of the Artificial Intelligence Lab, which has received more than $20M in research funding from NSF, NIH, NLM, DOD, DOJ, CIA, DHS and other agencies. He is author/editor of numerous books and journal articles including Intelligence and Security Informatics for International Security: Information Sharing and Data Mining . He is also a founding conference co-chair of the IEEE International Conferences on Intelligence and Security Informatics (ISI). Dr. Chen’s COPLINK system, which has been quoted as a national model for public safety information sharing and analysis, has been adopted in more than 150 law enforcement and intelligence agencies in 20 states.

Ron Chow co-founded GenieView Inc. in 2003 and has been the President and CEO of this company since. Mr. Chow joined Mitel Corporation in 1981, and in 1987 he was appointed the General Manager of Mitel's Asian business unit. He ran the unit for five years before returning to Canada to join the Mitel Semiconductor Division as the Head of North American sales. He took another overseas assignment with SR Telecom of Montreal  in 1996 and was the country Director for the China business unit for two years.  Later he joined Harris Corporation, a US company, and became the Managing Director for its China operations. Mr. Chow obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1972 and then his Master degree in Systems Engineering from Carleton University in 1974.  

 William J. Denk is Director, Business Development, Defense & Homeland Security, Washington Group International. Mr. Denk joined the company in July 2006. Mr. Denk previously directed a staff responsible for development of policies to administer government-wide domestic and international industrial emergency preparedness functions assigned by the DHS, Executive Order and the Defense Production Act (DPA). Mr. Denk served as the U.S. representative and Chairman of the Industrial Planning Committee at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to coordinate NATO alliance industrial base emergency preparedness programs including response to WMD and terror threats . He is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.A. Economics), George Washington University (MBA Finance), and the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development.

Alain Dudoit was appointed the Consul General of Canada, Los Angeles in 2004. Mr. Dudoit held a number of senior positions at Canada ’s Privy Council Office, the Canadian International Development Agency and the Department of Finance. In 1982, he became Senior Departmental Assistant to the Secretary of State for External Affairs. From 1984 to 1988, he served in Paris as Minister-Counsellor (Commercial and Economic Affairs). In 1994, he was named Ambassador to the Czech Republic , a position he held until 1997. In 2000, he was appointed Ambassador to Spain . Mr. Dudoit received a BA [Philosophy], Université de Caen, 1965; winner, competitive preparatory examination, Université de Bordeaux, 1966; BA, Université de Montréal, 1966; BSc [Political Science], Université de Montréal, 1968; LLL [Licentiate in Laws], Université de Montréal, 1971; MSc [Political Science], Université de Montréal, 1972.

Thomas Falanga is currently the Supervisor of the C-TPAT NY Field Office, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Falanga started as an Inspector with U.S. Customs in 1979, and has been working at JFK his entire career after graduating from St. John’s University. He was promoted to Senior Inspector in 1987, Supervisory Inspector in 1993, and was promoted to Deputy Chief Inspector in 2003. Mr. Falanga’s inspectional major experience was on narcotics enforcement teams in the air cargo environment as well as supervising the Cargo Security Unit, Warehouse Inspection Team and has developed the HAZMAT action plan and coordinated the COOP Plan for the JFK Airport passenger terminals. In 2004, he was selected as supervisor of the C-TPAT NY Field Office located at JFK Airport.

Jeanne L. Farmer joined federal service in 1983.  She moved to DSCA in 1991 and was promoted to the Senior Executive Service in 1999.  Ms. Farmer became the Principal Director for DSCA's Programs Directorate in July 2005.  This directorate has responsibility for security assistance financing, training, end-use monitoring, excess defense articles, and licensing.  It also manages a number of defense-funded programs such as humanitarian affairs and demining,  and the Regional Centers.  Prior to her government service, Ms. Farmer was employed in private industry.  She received a Master's Degree from the National War College in 1998.

Rear Admiral Raydon Gates, AO CSM, RAN is the Head of Australian Defence Staff – Washington and Defence Attaché. He was promoted Rear Admiral in January 2001 and appointed the inaugural Commander of the Australian Defence College in Canberra responsible for joint staff training for officers from O-1 to the O-6 rank levels. He was Maritime Commander Australia July 2002 to June 2004 responsible for the entire Australian Fleet. He commanded the Fleet during the Iraq War and the continuing Global War on Terror. He was appointed an Officer in the Order of Australia in the 2005 Australia Day Honours List for his distinguished service as a Flag Officer. Rear Admiral Gates has been awarded a Master Degree in Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Studies, and a Diploma of Company Directorship.

Elyse Golob is the Director of the University of Arizona Office of Economic and Policy Analysis (OEPA). This Office conducts research on a wide variety of economic development issues to inform government officials, business and community leaders and the general public. These reports provide the basis for policy decisions related to international business and trade, the knowledge-based economy, and regional economic development. Dr. Golob has a doctorate in urban planning and policy development from Rutgers University. She was the Vice President of Research at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and taught at Cornell University, Boston University and New York University.

Walter Hamilton is Chairman of the International Biometric Industry Association, a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit trade association that represents the collective international interests of the biometric industry. He also serves as Chairman of The Biometric Foundation, a non-profit research and education organization. Mr. Hamilton is also Vice President and General Manager, Biometric Solutions for Saflink Corporation and is responsible for guiding biometric strategies related to the company’s multi-biometric security products. Mr. Hamilton joined Saflink in 1995 and has been intimately involved in supporting the biometric industry’s adoption of open standards. Prior to joining Saflink, Mr. Hamilton completed a distinguished 30-year career with Unisys Corporation.

Special Agent Edward G. Holland is the Unit Chief for Investigative Programs. The mission of the unit is to manage executive-level dual-use licensing cases; undercover matters; industry and government agency liaison; security; external law enforcement agency’s license determination requests; Voluntary Self-Disclosure Program, etc., as it pertains to the Office of Export Enforcement. The Office is the enforcement arm of the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), US Department of Commerce.

Robert R. Hooks serves as the Acting Chief of Staff for the Science and Technology Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security, which is responsible for conducting, enabling, and stimulating research, development, test and evaluation efforts in the nation to support the Department’s homeland security objectives. Previously Mr. Hooks served as the Deputy Director of the Office of Research and Development in the Science and Technology Directorate. Prior to joining the Department of Homeland Security in July 2003, Mr. Hooks served 20 years in the U.S. Navy in a variety of positions as a submarine officer, financial analyst, intelligence analyst, and personnel specialist. Mr. Hooks graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering. He also holds a Masters of Administrative Science in Financial Management from The Johns Hopkins University.

Lt. Col. David Johnson (USA Ret.) is currently the Director of Digital Security Programs with Intel Corporation and a Senior Fellow at the Center for Advanced Defense Studies.  A noted Army Strategist, he was last assigned as the Chief of the Special Operations Theater Support Element-Central Command.  Other recent assignments included serving as an Army Legislative Liaison with the House of Representatives, Chief of Plans for the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force in Northern Iraq, and Chief of Plans for the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force for the Arabian Peninsula.  Lt. Col. Johnson is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, a graduate of the Command and General Staff Course, the Joint Defense College ( France), and holds a Master's degree in the History of Strategy from La Sorbonne (Paris).

Dr. Jay B. Jordan is the Dean and Director of the Physical Science Laboratory (PSL) at New Mexico State University (NMSU), a multidisciplinary, aerospace-and defense-oriented scientific and technical organization, with more than 475 personnel and FY05 revenues of $54 million. As the top administrator for NMSU’s largest research and development organization, Dr. Jordan actively engages with government and industry to pursue joint opportunities that serve national security interests. In addition, Dr. Jordan has held various senior positions at NMSU, including Dean of the Engineering College and Head of the Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interests include digital signal processing, digital image processing, advanced signals analysis, and pattern recognition.

David M. Jurkowski, CMM, CD, BEng (Brigadier-General – Retired) is Vice President, Government Relations & Business Development, Bombardier Aerospace – Military Aviation Training. A native of Selkirk , Manitoba , Mr Jurkowski graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in 1970 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He took top honors on his pilot flying courses and, upon graduation from the Royal Air Force Staff College at Bracknell , England in 1981, he won the Commandant’s Prize. His military career includes 3,500 flying hours of operational and advanced jet fighter pilot training experience as a Fighter Weapons Instructor on CF104, CF5 and CF18 aircraft in Europe and Canada . Before joining Bombardier Aerospace in May 2001, Mr Jurkowski was Principal Consultant on a study to establish a regional emergency Coordination Centre for Ottawa - Canada ’s Capital City of more than a million people.

Robert S. Kovac is the Director of Licensing at the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA/LD), a position he has held since 2002. Before assuming duties as Director, Mr. Kovac was the Senior Export Analyst the Munitions Division of DTSA/LD and served as the DoD representative to the interagency Missile Technology Export Committee. Prior to his appointment to DTSA in 1995, Mr. Kovac served as a US Army officer in infantry, intelligence, special operations, and inspector general assignments in the US , Korea , Germany , Honduras , the Caribbean and Saudi Arabia . Mr. Kovac holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh , an MS in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College, and is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College.

Marvin Leibstone is the U.S. Editor for NATO's Nations Magazine and Military Technology Magazine, and editor & publisher of Global Security & Trade Journal. Marvin, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, is also a senior fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, and Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University ’s Washington-based Maxwell Center for International Studies. He received his MA in  political science/international politics from George Washington University .

Gord Loney ( Lt Col , ret.) is an engineering graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and a former head of the Canadian secretariat for the Canada-US Military Cooperation Committee.  In the ten years since his air force retirement, he has specialized in the field of perimeter protection for border, military, industrial, transportation, and other critical infrastructure facilities.  A long time member of the American Society for Industrial Security and the National Defense Industrial Association, he has lectured numerous professional audiences on the subject of outdoor security and has participated in several border security proposal teams around the world.  Mr. Loney resides in Ottawa , Canada where he is employed as the Director of International Programs for Senstar-Stellar Corporation, a leading supplier of outdoor security solutions.

Lawson W. Magruder III, LTG, US Army (Retired) concluded his 32 year career in the US Army as the Deputy Commanding General and Chief of Staff of US Army Forces Command, the Army’s largest command and the land component for Homeland Defense. For the past two years he has served as Vice President for National Security Programs for Battelle Memorial Institute. During this time, he helped form Battelle’s Office for Homeland Security. In January 2005, LTG Magruder became the first Executive Director for the University of Texas at San Antonio’s new Institute for the Protection of American Communities or IPAC. He holds a BBA in International Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, a Masters of Arts in Personnel Management from Central Michigan University and is a graduate of the Army War College and Command and General Staff College.

Dr. Pitu B. Mirchandani is a Professor of Systems & Industrial Engineering and Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona ; he is the Director of the ATLAS Research Center and is the Salt River Project Professor of Technology, Public Policy and Markets . His educational background includes BS and MS degrees in Engineering from UCLA, a S.M. degree from MIT in Aeronautics and Astronautics, and a Sc.D. degree, also from MIT, in Operations Research. His recent research on RHODES: Real-Time Traffic Adaptive Signal Control, and Remote Airborne Sensing of Transportation Flows, mostly supported by USDOT/FHWA/ADOT has received wide attention. He lectures extensively at national and international conferences/workshops; he recently gave plenary talks in China , Germany , South Africa , Hungary , Austria , Italy and India .

 Daniel Newman serves as a Program Manager in the Tactical Technologies Office of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Prior to this, Mr. Newman was a Technical Fellow of The Boeing Company in V/STOL Aircraft Configuration Development. While at Boeing Mr. Newman served as the Program Manager for Boeing Joint Heavy Lift efforts, on the RAH-66 Comanche Program as Full Scale RCS Model IPT Lead and Configuration Closure Team Lead, as Manager of Preliminary Design, and as the focal for NASA Ames Research Center efforts. Mr. Newman received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University , and an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the Alfred Gessow Rotorcraft Center at the University of Maryland . Since 1998, Mr. Newman has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics at the University of Pennsylvania .

Eric Nielsen is the Director of the U.S. Commercial Service’s Export Assistance Centers in Phoenix and Tucson , Arizona . Since joining U.S. Commercial Service in 1998, Eric’s export promotion efforts have included many aerospace, defense and automotive-related business development initiatives for American companies. Prior to joining the U.S. Department of Commerce, Eric worked for the City of Tucson Office of Economic Development and the Canadian Consulate General in Los Angeles . He earned his undergraduate degree at Colorado College and a Master’s degree at the University of Southern California . Eric is a native of Montreal , Canada .

Nasser Peyghambarian is Chair of Photonics and Lasers, Professor of Optical Sciences, and Professor of Material Science and Engineering at the University of Arizona . He is the Director of the Center for Optoelectronic Devices, Interconnect and Packaging (COEDIP) and the Photonics Initiative. Dr. Peyghambarian is the Chairman of the Board and Founder of NP Photonics, Inc. in Tucson , AZ , a company that uses innovative glass and fiber technology to design and produce advanced optical light sources for applications in imaging, laser communication, optical security verification and industrial inspection.

Stephen J. Pimpo PMP is a Managing Director in the DoD/Navy Sector of BearingPoint’s Public Services business unit. He leads teams that provide consulting services in program and financial management, strategic planning/alignment, balanced scorecard, and human capital management. Additionally, he heads up BearingPoint’s International Programs teams providing consulting services in Security Cooperation, International Armaments Cooperation, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining BearingPoint, Mr. Pimpo served as a Supply Officer in the U.S. Navy and was a recipient of the Navy League’s Vice Admiral Robert F. Batchelder Award for being one of the U.S. Navy’s top Supply Corps Officers. Mr. Pimpo holds an M.S. in Business/Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy .

Mark Reed has 32 years of extraordinary experience in managing border related operations to include inspections, border patrol, criminal investigations, intelligence, adjudications, and detention/removal operations. He participated in the design and implementation of many of the border enforcement operational strategies being deployed DHS programs. He retired from INS in 2001 as a senior SES and now is the CEO of a consulting firm, Border Management Strategies LLC (teambms.com), in Tucson Arizona focused on border security and immigration enforcement. Most recent clients include Tyson Foods, Swift & Company, BAE Systems, SRA, CSC, and Raytheon. Finally, Mark serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Border Trade Alliance (thebta.org) where he is also the Secretary and Co-Chair of their Immigration Committee.

Kirsti Skjerven is Counselor, Defense and Security Policy, Royal Norwegian Embassy, Washington D.C. Ms. Skjerven has held her present position since 1. September 2005. She is responsible for issues related to security policy, resources and armament/material programs and investments in the Ministry of Defence. From 2002 till 2005 Ms. Skjerven served as Counsellor for Resources in the Permanent Norwegian Mission to NATO, NATO HQ, Brussels , Belgium . She was the Norwegian representative to Senior Resource Board and the Military Budget Committee. From 2000-2002 Deputy Director General Skjerven served as presspokeswoman and Deputy Head of the Minister of Defense’s Secretariat. Ms. Skjerven is educated from the University of Oslo , with a Cand. Mag. in Political Science, Public law, and Mass communication.

Dr. Jennifer Stewart is the Director General, Washington DC Region of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) and Counsellor for Defence Procurement at the Canadian Embassy in Washington . Dr. Stewart's office also supports the PWGSC International Cooperation Initiative, which facilitates knowledge and best practice sharing between Canada and the U.S. in the area of common services. Dr. Stewart is the current Chairman of the Foreign Procurement Group, a network of 25 countries who participate in the US Security Assistance Program. Dr. Stewart joined the Public Service in 1980. During her career, she has held various executive positions including Director, Human Resources Programs, PWGSC; Senior Program Advisor, Central Region, Department of Supply and Services (DSS); and Director of Evaluation, DSS. Dr. Stewart has a Ph.D. in English and Philosophy from McGill University .

Leslie P. Tolbert was named Vice President for Research, Graduate Studies and Economic Development on July 1, 2005 . She is Regents' Professor of Neurobiology. Tolbert graduated with honors from Radcliffe College with a degree in applied mathematics and has a doctorate in anatomy from Harvard.

Robert E. Walkup was elected Mayor of Tucson on November 2, 1999 and re-elected for a second term on November 4, 2003 . After earning his Industrial Engineering degree at ISU and serving in the U.S. Army, Mayor Walkup worked as an engineer and executive for Rockwell International, Fairchild Republic and Hughes Aircraft Company, for over thirty-five years where he built avionics equipment, military and commercial aircraft, and other national defense systems. He currently serves on the Pima Association of Governments' Regional Council, the Regional Transportation Authority Governing Board, the Tucson Regional Economic Opportunities (TREO) Board and is the current Chairman of the National Association of State Fire Marshals' Pipeline Safety Community Advisory Committee.

Andre R. Watson is current employed with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Investigations, as a Supervisory Special Agent and Section Chief for Operations within the Arms and Strategic Technology Investigations Unit (ASTI). As the Section Chief for Operations, Mr. Watson is responsible for providing guidance, coordination and support on ICE investigations involving the unlawful export of dual use technologies and U.S. Munitions List Items from the United States . Prior to his assignment at ICE Headquarters, Mr. Watson served as a Supervisory Special Agent in Blaine , WA ; U.S. Customs Representative at the U.S. Consulate General in Vancouver , British Columbia ; and U.S. Customs Special Agent in Atlanta , GA.

David Whiteree is Chairman of IDEEA, Inc., a Virginia company founded in 1985. He is Chief Executive and Founder of the ComDef series of exhibitions and symposia. IDEEA, Inc. is a full service international business development and marketing company established in Washington DC . Mr. Whiteree is founder/publisher of “Common Defense Forum”.

Quentin Whiteree has been President and Chief Operating Officer of IDEEA, Inc. since 1 January, 1999 .  Prior to this, he was Vice President of the company, responsible for business focus, with an emphasis on emerging information and computer technologies.  He joined IDEEA, Inc. in 1987 and has held a series of appointments within the company.  He holds a joint BA honors degree in marketing from Strathclyde University , Scotland and is a past President of its Wine Appreciation Society.  Mr. Whiteree is a member of the Defense and National Security Committee of the British American Business Association, Committee Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Washington , DC Chapter and the National Press Club.

Colonel Yoon, Sang-Il  is Defense Science Attache at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Washington D.C, newly assigned from 1st of August 2006. Col Yoon has served in Korean Army more than 27 years with various acquisition related job experiences in many different levels of command such as Training and Doctrine Command, HQ Army, Ministery of National Defense, etc. In his most recent position, as a principal researcher at the Agency for Defense Develpoment of Korea, he was invilved with Test and Evaluation works in Antiship missile development division. Col Yoon graduated from Korean Military Academy in 1979, and got his MS degree from US Naval Postgraduate School in 1988 and PhD degree from Texas Tech University in 1994 both with physics major.
