| IDEEA has negotiated a Group Rate at the hotel. The Government Group Rate is $90.00 per night, single/double (which is within Government Per Diem). The Industry Group Rate is $129.00 per night, single/double. Over the weekend, the rate may change based on availability. Rate is available for three days prior to November 17th on a block available basis only. Rates at the hotel will be slightly higher over the weekend. The hotel will endeavor to honor the rate outside the block if rooms are available. This is on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations must be made by October 17, 2004.
